Repsol Honda announce three-rider formation for 2011

HRC has announced the extension of their partnership with Repsol and a strong line-up for next season which will see Dani Pedrosa, Andrea Dovizioso and Casey Stoner in the team's colours. HRC (Honda Racing Corporation) is delighted to announce the extension of the long-standing partnership with Repsol as title sponsor of its factory team for another two seasons. In addition, HRC is pleased to confirm that the Repsol Honda Team will race with three riders next year, just as it did when Repsol and Honda first joined forces in 1995. Dani Pedrosa, Andrea Dovizioso and Casey Stoner will form a very strong factory Honda team line-up in 2011, evoking memories of the mid-nineties, when Mick Doohan, Alex Criville and Shinichi Ito first rode in Repsol Honda colours. The new deal with Repsol extends the instantly recognisable Repsol Honda Team partnership which has resulted in eight riders World Championships, 90 race victories and 252 podium finishes. Valentino Rossi, Furusawa and Jarvis look back on seven years of success

The final race of the 2010 season at Valencia brought to a close a success-filled partnership between the Italian rider and Japanese factory. The 31 year-old, Masao Furusawa and Lin Jarvis all gave their reactions to the end of an era following the race. Fiat Yamaha Press Conference The last race of the 2010 campaign was also Valentino Rossi’s final in the colours of the Fiat Yamaha team after seven years, 46 race victories and four World Championship titles. Following third place in the GP Generali de la Comunitat Valenciana – his 84th podium with Yamaha – the Italian and Yamaha’s Masao Furusawa and Lin Jarvis looked back on an incredible time together.
